Adult plaintiff was illegally riding her bicycle on a village street that abuts school property. She hit a mis-leveled portion, and fell off of her bicycle, sustain a fractured jaw.

Court granted us SJ as the Village, while it imposes a duty on the adjoining landowner to fix sidewalks, does not confer liability on them; the District did not make special use of the sidewalk; plaintiff was illegally riding her bicycle on same.
