The codefendant/third-party plaintiff JIB Realty Holding Corporation is the owner of these premises. The specific claim relates to the cleaning of alleged snow and ice from the public sidewalk on Parsons Blvd., whereupon plaintiff-decedent, Chana Fishman, slipped and fell on the sidewalk due to snow and ice.

Summary Judgment Granted to Salvatore Gianone Contracting as we conclusively demonstrated that Gianone never performed any work on or near the subject sidewalk, nor had any contractual obligation/duty to do so.
