Charles M. Schnepp, Jr. is a Senior Partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and the managing attorney of the Long Island office.
He practices in all areas of personal injury defense litigation, and is the partner supervising a litigation unit that focuses on both personal lines and non-personal insurance lines cases, including construction site accidents, products liability, premises liability, false arrest/malicious prosecution, sports/amusement park liability, automobile liability, Dram Shop liability, toxic exposure, and insurance coverage litigation. He is responsible for trying cases in both the Federal and State Courts.
Before being admitted to the New York State Bar, Mr. Schnepp had 10 years of experience in overseeing the preparation of defenses in civil litigation and managing a special investigation unit, while employed in the claims department of a major, national insurer. He has received Martindale-Hubbell, Inc.’s highest “AV” rating.
