CFO has a high level professional paralegal staff. Paralegal candidates must be detail oriented with defense litigation experience who can prepare legal documents such as discovery demand notices and responses; discovery motions; process medical information; and handle the day to day maintenance of active litigation files from opening to resolution.
Legal Secretaries/Assistants & other Clerical Staff
CFO continually seeks capable and highly motivated secretarial and clerical staff. Legal secretaries must have a minimum of 2 years legal experience; must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word; type 80+wpm. Responsibilities include pleading preparation, scheduling and coordination of meetings/depositions, transcription from dictaphone, calendar management, general office duties and other projects as assigned. Legal Secretaries must be able to manage time and work flow, as all CFO legal secretaries support multiple attorneys.
